Milburn Heating & Air, L.L.C.

This company does not stand behind their work. They were hired by my home warranty company to install a new system three months ago. When I switched my system over to a/c last night, the blower malfunctioned and would not turn off even when I changed my thermostat to off. When something fails the first time you try it, it is undoubtably installed incorrectly. Milburn Heating and Air refused to make it right. The manager said I would need to pay a service call and a trip fee for them to diagnose the problem. She told me the labor warranty provided by my home warranty company had expired and that they would have to charge me to look at it again. When I challenged the manager about a faulty installation she got a nasty tone and told me that I was not an expert. I asked if they would be willing to pay the bill if I hired someone else who then determined that it was a faulty installation. She said they would not and then began to talk over me the rest of the conversation. I told her that r

This local family owned company did a fantastic job. My thermostat went out and we have a dual fuel system. Not just any stat will work. My regular company I used to use could not do it and had nothing to offer. Milburn is my new Hvac company. And after a couple of weeks the thermostat they installed had an issue. They replaced it tested everything and left me no new bill. Stuff breaks, even new stuff sometimes. I'm just glad they stand by their work and products. Unfortunately last night my air-conditioning went out and it was blowing hot air and couldn't figure out what was going on. I woke up this morning and I called Milburn when they opened at 8:30 and they sent two workers out within the hour. They were very fast they were friendly and helpful. The compressor went out in my unit And they said easy fix and within 10 minutes it was done and it was $150 that I was fine with pan because deafly got have air-conditioning in the house during the summer. So I do recommend this place and if I have anymore problems with my heating or air I will contact Milburn
