Milburn Heating & Air, L.L.C.

Mark was the contractor that came to our house. He had to install a new AC unit for us, and did a phenomenal job. His customer service was great. He talked to my husband and I prior to the install to make sure we knew all of our options with buying a new unit. He was friendly to us, as well as the family dog, and got the job done sooner than estimated. Milburn Heating and Air scheduled our appointments in a timely fashion. We will definitely use them in the future for all our service needs.

This company does not stand behind their work. They were hired by my home warranty company to install a new system three months ago. When I switched my system over to a/c last night, the blower malfunctioned and would not turn off even when I changed my thermostat to off. When something fails the first time you try it, it is undoubtably installed incorrectly. Milburn Heating and Air refused to make it right. The manager said I would need to pay a service call and a trip fee for them to diagnose the problem. She told me the labor warranty provided by my home warranty company had expired and that they would have to charge me to look at it again. When I challenged the manager about a faulty installation she got a nasty tone and told me that I was not an expert. I asked if they would be willing to pay the bill if I hired someone else who then determined that it was a faulty installation. She said they would not and then began to talk over me the rest of the conversation. I told her that r

Unfortunately last night my air-conditioning went out and it was blowing hot air and couldn't figure out what was going on. I woke up this morning and I called Milburn when they opened at 8:30 and they sent two workers out within the hour. They were very fast they were friendly and helpful. The compressor went out in my unit And they said easy fix and within 10 minutes it was done and it was $150 that I was fine with pan because deafly got have air-conditioning in the house during the summer. So I do recommend this place and if I have anymore problems with my heating or air I will contact Milburn
