Called Fred at 8 in the morning. He sent Mike within 30 min. Mike fixed the problem in about hour and a half. The price was very reasonable considering the other price we were quoted from another plumbing company. Fred called me about an hour later to check if everything was okay. He was so nice. He also said if any more problems with anything to let him know. What great service at this time in our world where everything else is out of control and over priced.
I have used this company twice. Once for a faucet leak and the other was to install a shut off valve. Both times I used them they showed up on time, completed the work I needed, was very professional and very reasonable billing. I love it when I find a good, honest, reasonable contractor who doesn’t exaggerate the problem at hand and ultimately stands behind their work! I have used them on my own home and have referred them already as well to a client who used them. Fred makes sure the job gets done and it gets done right. He sends someone as soon as he can.
