I'm a commercial real estate property manager in Lexington, KY and we had a significant sewage backup at a property we manage in Louisville. We had a local plumber go out and snake the line, but it was clogged again a week later. Tyler's team showed up EARLY, ran a camera down the line, they called me and explained the issue, jetted the line, checked it again on camera to confirm it was clear, and then jetted it again for good measure. The tech called me back to share all the details and even texted me a marked up picture showing me where the drain line runs across the parking lot and where the clog was located.
