Wanted quote for replacing water pipes in crawl space, instead they gave us a quote on hooking up to city water which we don't need cost would be 7400.00 for 100 feet. How they could even give a quote when they didn't even take measurements is beyond me. if they can't give a correct quote , makes me wonder if they can do the job correctly. All we wanted was a quote for new water pipes in house nothing done outside. They walked through out house leaving mud behind also. Won't call on them again. This is to the owners response, your guys didn't even take measurements under the crawl space the stuck their heads in and got out, acted like they were afraid to go in crawl space to take measurements now how can you not go all the way under house to see what your going to need. As far as your free estimate you could have refused coming to Falmouth that's on you.
