Called on the 12th and technicians arrived first thing the next morning. That's a good start. I had had a previous inspection so what they told me matched what the first guy said so that's another plus but since they were there, they said that they could get the job done that day - so off they went. Given a verbal estimate and, despite the job taking a bit longer to finish than expected, that price is what I paid. I'm not going to vouch for this but I feel that I might just have got a better deal than the other guy. Job finished in a timely manner and there's a loyalty card. I would recommend Joe Lay & Sons Plumbing. They are professional and do great work. Two men were spot on time this morning to do a repair from a drain in my kitchen to under the basement floor. They busted out a 2 x 2 foot hole in the concrete and replaced drain pipes from the upstairs. Repairs were done and concrete repaired by noon. Great Job! Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Chad and his partner came out and repaired an issue with our shower, along with a secondary problem. Not only were they thorough and professional, they took the time to explain how we could take care of certain things ourselves in the future. While no one ever wants to need a plumber, it's actually a relief to have found one we can trust that isn't going to rob us blind. The total cost of our repairs was less than half of what another company was wanting to charge us just for fixing one of our issues! Super thankful to have found these guys and excited to finally move forward with other much needed repairs we've put off due to lack of trust in other companies.
