Our ac was not working on the hottest day of the summer and even worse this happened on a Saturday night. We called for help after 8:00pm and got a return call within 10 minutes and was told they would arrive in 20 minutes. Dustin arrived when promised and fixed the problem quickly. The charges were very fair and reasonable and service was beyond incredible! Thank you Dustin. Because of you, Phoenix Comfort Systems will be our preferred service provider for all heating and cooling needs.
Furnace quit the day before closing on the sell of our daughters house. Phoenix technician responded quickly, determine the problem and replaced the failed blower motor. The tech "Brad" was knowledgeable and courteous. Service: Heating system repair
The apartment complex that I rent from uses this company to service their tenants. I had a scheduled appt today for a replacement and asked the tech to wear shoe covers when walking on livingroom floor and he told me " I ain't wearing shoes covers " Then he said he would ask maintenance for a tarp and " try" to avoid the area. He asked to take a look at the area I reluctantly let him take a peak and walked on my floor with his shoes uncovered. He went outside to gather materials and I asked him again "what did you say about wearing show covers?" He then raised his voice in my house and said "ma’am are you trying to argue with me"? I replied NO I'm trying to see how you you can tell me what you are going to do in my house. How dare he try to insert DOMINANCE IN MY HOUSE. I had my own shoe covers I was providing I just needed them worn when he was on my carpet. When the other occupant of my home asked if tbere was a problem, he gathered his stuff left the furnace and supplies outside
