Someone was sent within 2 hours of calling on a Saturday morning, whereas other local companies were telling me no one could come until Monday. Robert, our technician, provided wonderful service and got our unit up and running within 20 minutes of arrival. He even offered to replace the filter for me, too. Good experience. Was able to schedule a replacement of Carrier high efficiency ac/heater on a quick schedule. The team of 3 arrived even earlier than promised and finished in three hours. Technician then set up the new Ecobee thermostat tailored to our preferences and schooled us on its use.
