My husband & I started using Home 360's services 31 years ago. We have been extremely pleased with the services they have offered us. The technicians are very patient & explain the work to be done very well. The customer service representatives are very accommodating & polite & go out of their way to see your needs are met. I had a great experience yesterday with Home 360. I had a complete stoppage in my main sewer line outside for a few days by then. It was funny because another company I had called recommended a man named David, who worked at Home 360, and had the equipment needed for my problem. Wow that was nice of that guy. I then called Home 360 and specifically asked for David to come out. He was here within 2 hours. He was a complete professional, he had the right equipment (a powerful drain cleaner), he quickly assessed the situation and went to work, and he even wore a mask and gloves in 92* heat. After a few tries, he successfully unclogged my sewer line. It took him under an hour. His name is David Johnson. I highly recommend this man for any of your Home 360 repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, offerred some advice about my issue, and was a complete professional! And guess what else? The price was the best of all, under $120! Thank you Trudy. Thank you David. What a shady electrician... Ill Never use this company for anything. How an electrician can be so dumb as to not know how to hook up simple wires??? Home360 You need a new electrician in your future Ive went with a competent company
