I called for service in the morning and River City had someone sent out the same day. The technician, Robert was very professional and punctual. He arrived, did diagnostics on my AC unit. Then he explained in an understandable manner what was wrong and what solutions were available to solve my AC's cooling problems. I will continue to use River City for any future maintenance on my AC unit.

Within 45 minutes of my call, Bobby had arrived and was ready to work. After his evaluation and review of repair options with me, he went to work and had my unit cooling again shortly thereafter. Great customer service, straightforward repair options that left me very pleased and I would definitely recommend them and use their services again. Thanks Bobby and River City!!

I called because my AC unit went out after a lightning storm. They did not come within an hour. The technician was professional but hard to understand. The AC part was under warranty but they wanted to charge over 800 for just the install! When I called to ask why the install fee was so much, I was told because the installation, the warranty paperwork and "they tack on extra money" (exact words). Turns out we were able to get the part installed in less than an hour with the company that installed the original unit (I did not know that company prior to calling River City) and labor as well was covered. When I asked to speak to the manager about the costs after canceling, I was told that they charge so much because they don't always get their money back from the manufacturer on warranty parts... So were you going to send me a check back after you got your money back? No. Taking advantage of people. I will never recommend this company to anyone! Service: A/C system repair
