One Hour technicians came in for their annual check up and discovered a serious CO leak from a crack in the gas heat exchanger. Within 24 hours of the discovery a completely new AC and Heating system was installed. It pays to be a member of their One Hour premium maintenance program. The service was exceptional. I woke up to a 59° house & called One Hour A/C & Heating. Todd, the service tech, arrived in a couple hours & got my heater fixed & running. He was nice & knowledgeable.
