River City's One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating

AC stopped on Friday night, and I called several places right away, hoping to schedule an appointment on Saturday. This was the only place that could fit me in for a timed appointment on Sunday, but I was told that I MIGHT have a tech come Saturday, if possible. Darren was able to fit me in Saturday after all. Despite a storm approaching fast, he quickly replaced my unit. They perform miracles in this oppressive heat!

This company and our technician, Britton, exceeded all expectations! Our AC started blowing warm in the middle of the day on a Friday, I called them as a first time customer, and they had someone here in under an hour and a half. He thoroughly inspected our unit, asked pertinent questions, and let us know what needed to be done, gave us multiple options on how we could approach fixing our issues and maintaining the work for the future, and gave us great tips on how we can be more efficient! He was so friendly and conversational, and took his time explaining to us every step he took to fix our AC unit. We purchased the membership, and we look forward to working with this company in the future! 16 yr old unit had me worried! Chris showed up an hour early. Thank Goodness, we were melting. He cleaned the outside unit. Inspected the unit inside and out. He found the last company left a huge hole in my duct work and turned off several of my dampers. I had almost no air flow to vents and I was air conditioning the attic! He Immediately fixed all issues. I purchased the annual maintenance plan which basically pays for itself if you pay out of pocket for 2 cleanings & maintenance each year. He was a very nice guy and I would highly recommend this company.
