JJ was awesome. He was very personal and down to earth. He immediately went upstairs to my unit and in no time flat, found the problem. He walked me through everything he was doing to make the necessary repairs and in no time flat, my system was back up and running. He also checked my equipment outside to make sure no problems had occurred. He cleaned the unit and had it looking like brand new. He offered me the opportunity to join their membership and explained all that it intel. I became a member today. River City Heating and Air should be proud to have a guy like JJ apart of its team.
