I contacted Roofcrafters thru a nextdoor recommendation after seeing an ad on wafb weather. The project manager Ben Tonkel came out to inspect my roof and give me an estimate and was very professional . Ben gave me a reasonable price after showing me pictures of the problems he found on my roof and the solution to fix the issues. I thought this was very good because as a woman over 60 I can't get up there and can only take someone's word for what they see . He went over the problems found in each picture. The crew came out with the production supervisor Sam Vilardo to complete the job, let me say they were very courteous, put down a tarp for falling debris in order to remove the old skylight and cleaned up when they completed the job which took about two and a half hours. Ben & Connor were amazing. They arrived on time and completed my roof job in 1 day. My home had many surprises and termite damage underneath the old roofing shingles. They even added a turbine to help with ventilation in the attic. LA Roof Crafters handled it professionally. I am happy I chose them for my new roof.
