I contacted Roofcrafters thru a nextdoor recommendation after seeing an ad on wafb weather. The project manager Ben Tonkel came out to inspect my roof and give me an estimate and was very professional . Ben gave me a reasonable price after showing me pictures of the problems he found on my roof and the solution to fix the issues. I thought this was very good because as a woman over 60 I can't get up there and can only take someone's word for what they see . He went over the problems found in each picture. The crew came out with the production supervisor Sam Vilardo to complete the job, let me say they were very courteous, put down a tarp for falling debris in order to remove the old skylight and cleaned up when they completed the job which took about two and a half hours. LA Roof Crafters did a fast and awesome job installing a new roof to replace my wind and hail damaged old roof. They walked through getting my initially denied claim approved. Then they walked through getting my bankrupted insurance company claim paid with LIGA, the backup insurance net provided by the state.
