JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE , I am using another contractor on my roof replacement on another house we purchased. Four years ago I experienced the quality of work this company doses not do. They also charged my insurance company ten thousand dollars more than they first quoted me. No communication because roofers don't speak English and if they could this company will not let them communicate with you. Service: Roof installation
Mitch at Ryson worked for months chasing insurance claim on my behalf. Extraordinary persistence, mostly on his part, paid off after 6 months when full replacement came through. 9 roofers showed up on time and were 80% complete after putting in a 12 hour day. Finished next day by 10am. Excellent cleanup. Only negative was crushing of a lot of the shrubbery but that is to be expected. Brookes supervised and ensured I was happy with new roof. I wouldn’t recommend using Ryson. I wish I had read the reviews before choosing them. My roof was not installed properly and within a week I had a leak. They came out to “fix it” and it hasn’t leaked again. They painted the water spots the leak created. However, now where the gentlemen is standing where he was repairing the ripped improperly installed shingle my roof now has a wrinkle. They will not rectify it. They are roofers but claiming now I have warped decking or structural issues. Take your pick. Neither issues were present prior to the roof change. The wrinkle or warped decking is a result of the rain water that got into my home from their poor installation. While they did make several attempts they ultimately elected not to address the wrinkle or the raised shingles on my roofs ridge line. They have threatened to sue me. I don’t wish to pay for a poorly installed roof that caused damage to my home. I do not recommend this company. Service: Roof installation
