Technician Joe was fantastic, possibly the best service I’ve had from any technician ever. He did excellent work, was professional, fast, experienced and went over all of the options available to me for the work I needed done. I’d highly recommend him to anyone. The pricing for services from the company seem extremely reasonable, plus all of the benefits of being a preferred member. Turnaround time for repair was amazing, and the convenience of being able to request service online is quite nice.
