Epic Roofing

Hurricane Ida hit on August 29, 2021–two days after we closed on our brand new house. Today is June 29, 2022, and EPIC—after promise after promise to return my calls and to work with my insurance company—has done next to nothing to move forward with my roof repairs. I am highly disgruntled and am wondering why on earth my insurance company has EPIC on their list of referrals. VERY disappointed with my dealings with them! ????

Epic Roofing was very responsive and professional to my immediate need to have my roof temporarily covered after hurricane Ida. We arrived back at our home 5 days after the storm and Epic’s crew was covering our roof the day after that. They worked with our insurance company to make sure what was charged did not exceed our coverage. Our roof, however, was heavily depreciated and the insurance proceeds were not enough to cover the cost of a new one. Epic was patient with us as we sorted out this mess and eventually got our new roof installed. They not only changed my roof, but also the roofs of my father and daughter’s homes.
