They attempted to have me to sign an $8,100 quote for a single mini-split replacement. Absolutely not. Company’s that gaslight customers on pricing like this really are the worst of the worst.
I had a Generac generator installed. Hunter, Thomas, and Tony were all polite, respectful, answered all questions, and addressed every concern I had. I feel confidant about recommending this company to people I know. Constant communication from all involved was very appreciated. These guys went over and above to make sure we were pleased with the service.
Stay away from these crooks! The replacement of the fan is terrible, definitely out of code. A child or an animal can enter the condenser. The technician left his garbage in the grass, he did not clean after himself. Do NOT hire this shady company. I paid for 2 repairs, total over a thousand dollars and the house still isn’t cooling.Edit: I did not request to have the repair done ASAP! I eventually received the funds to replace the fan roughly a week later. First the capacitor was replaced, then the fan/ motor. Yes after the first repair was done it was suggested to have a new outside condenser. I was informed also that replacing the fan motor could fix the house not cooling. After multiple quotes on a new condenser H and E was by far the most expensive. It wasn’t untill later on I learned that the current fan/ motor is temporary.
