The customer service was outstanding! Someone answered on my first call. I received an appointment that day, and they were very professional and friendly. Most of all, they sent an email of the certified plumber with a picture and description so I would know who he was prior to his arrival. I will definitely be using them again! My appt was 9-11am. Notices that they were on the way and also a pic of the repairman so no surprises there. They replaced my kitchen faucet and allowed me to check it out before they left.
