When you come home from running an errand to find your water tank running all over the floor, Who do you call? We've used Robert Brown plumbing a few times in the past for some minor fixes and always been happy with them. So at 9:00 in the morning with water running out of my hot water tank closet and no way to turn it off I called Robert Brown plumbing, they had somebody here within an hour to turn the water off thankfully and by 1:30 in the afternoon had replaced my hot water tank! Friendly confident people great to do business with!

I wish I could give zero stars. Called and explained what the issue was with my shower. I already had a different plumber out that was not able to fix the issue, but they were able to identify the problem and let me know. When I called to make the appointment, I told them exactly what the other plumber had told me the problem was. Robert Brown Plumbing sent out two guys that were at my house for 20 minutes. They told me the exact same information that I already knew and told me that they weren't able to fix it that day and would need to order new parts to fix the shower. They said they would be in touch with me about ordering the parts and next steps. They charged me $200 and they were in my house for 20 mins. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. That's poor business. Even if you aren't able to fix the problem or order the part, you still let someone know. Especially after you charged them $200 for essentially nothing.

Wow where to begin. First off be very cautious with this business! My hot water heaters needed replaced so I'm quickly calling around for pricing. This was by far the highest quote, by more than $6000 to do the same work that multiple other companies charged way less. Not sure if their quality of work is just that much better (highly doubt it since they would only drain and not haul away the old tanks) or if this company just wanted to take advantage of the situation. Either way being quoted close to $9k to replace 2 water heaters in an easily accessible attic is insane!! Be cautious, do your due diligence and shop around.
