This was my first experience with Roto-Rooter and their service was a step above others that I’ve experienced in the past. The two guys that showed up were true professionals in every aspect. Austin and Peyton came in, assessed the work to be done, and did it quickly. They were both business and people oriented, and highly knowledgeable on their trade!

My experience with Roto Rooter Services was phenomenal! My technician Marcus Cooper did an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable about plumbing services! His diagnostic skills were exemplified through his physical inspection! He was able to identify the area of blockage within less than 5 minutes of being inside my home! He also patiently informed me of the causes of the issues that I was experiencing! Mark took his time with addressing all problematic issues that I discussed with him upon his arrival! Once his work was complete he also took the time to test it out to ensure efficiency of his work and increase my satisfaction! Roto Rooter keep up the great work, Mark is definitely an asset and represents your company with outstanding customer service!

Had some major plumbing issues, as a young couple that just bought a home this was very scary for us, Roto Rooter sent out Paul and he was all around an amazing plumber.
