This was easily the most enjoyable HVAC technician experience I have had. When I set up an appointment, they gave me a time they would arrive, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were quick to assess the problems with my AC unit. They explained what they were doing in a way that was not condescending but extremely helpful. Siener Air has amazing service and their work is phenomenal. I will for sure call them, if I ever have any HVAC problems in the future. Our central air system broke. First guy we called said the problem couldn't be fixed and kept trying to sell us a new unit. We then called Siener Air to get another opinion - Al and Nicole came out the next day and had our air conditioning running perfectly in 24 hours.
