Utterly professional, quality work that's hard to find these days. Entergy cut off our power at 7 in the morning as requested, Mike from BLE was there at 7:30 sharp. Performed the work quicker than anticipated, with quality you'd expect from much, much higher priced competition. Finishing around 11 AM, he informed my wife to contact Entergy to return service to our house. He stayed until they returned around 7:30PM, without charging for his time, just to make sure we would have our power restored. And in an effort that exceeds today's standards, while waiting for Entergy, he helped me bust up some concrete for a fence post that needed replacing that had nothing to do with the work I paid him for. It was great working with Mike. He came out for a free estimate, received the estimate within a few days, and scheduled the work to be done. He is great about confirming and reminding of appointments. He was on time and very friendly. We had several outlets installed in our garage and they look and work great. No issues! I gave Bright Light Electric a call on short notice, my panel was not able to pass inspection. Mike was out there the next day to get it taken care of, very professional company and service! They went above and beyond to make sure everything else in the home was working properly. Come to find out I needed quite a few receptacles replaced. Thank you for the quality work!
