0 stars. Blake came out to service my unit March 1 and March 21 the unit goes out. He changed a part on the unit that had nothing to do with the condense fan motor. So why did he change the part? and oh to mention he didn’t even ask. As mentioned before, He need to own up to his mistake. Why change a part on a unit without diagnostic ran first. Although my unit is 13 years old, the unit was being serviced annually and it never gave me an issue. Blake is very incompetent and have no idea of what he was doing. At the end of the day, Blake told me to run both thermostats cause they work the unit and burned out my condense fan motor. And tried to fix it how he thought it would work but it didn’t. Telling me to get an electrician when clearly it was a mistake on him. Blake provided false information once again, a tech from your company told me to never turn on the bottom thermostat. So why will Blake tell me to turn it on. It over powered my unit running two thermostats, so own

The worst customer service ever!! They had a plumbing division, got fully paid, failed to complete the job, promised to reimburse me after THEY told me to get the job done. Same people, same address, same number and claiming they aren't responsible. This is highway robbery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company installed the HVAC on my home. We have lived him just over a year and system stopped working tonight. I called to ask for an after hour service. I gave my information and was told that someone was coming. Two hours later I called back and a different person told me that they stop taking calls a certain time. However, their website clearly stays they work 24/7. Very confused, frustrated and HOT! Thank you for no service.
