Good bunch of people, helpful and they never miss an appointment. My only issue was that I called to schedule an inspection to have someone diagnose why my AC stopped working, and the tech called me after they had not only diagnosed, but replaced and repaired the capacitor that was blown. Now I'm not upset, I appreciate that they were willing to fix it so quickly, but I was expecting a 50$ inspection bill and a diagnoses, not a nearly 400$ bill for a repair I could have done myself for 20$. But despite that surprise, overall I think they're a worthwhile company to have, and they seem to genuinely care about their customers. They will have my membership for many more years to come!

My AC quit suddenly on a hot Saturday afternoon. One call to these guys and my house was cool and comfortable with 2 hours of the initial call. Prompt, knowledgeable, and best of all professional. I can't remember the technicians name (sorry buddy!) but he knew exactly what he was doing, didn't try upselling me on parts I didn't need and kept me informed along the way. Thanks Dream Team for a job well done.

If I could leave 10 stars I definitely would. Daniel Love and Chris Mattingly were awesome. The entire business is professional. Starting with the receptionist. I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism! They care about the customer and it shows. Chris went above and beyond explaining exactly what happened and how he could fix it. He called Daniel back out and we were put on the schedule for the next day. Knowing that a business cares enough to send you a survey each time someone comes out is a huge piece of mind for a customer. Treating three women with the respect they treated us with is why I will never use anyone else. we were all clueless about an HVAC unit. Again above and beyond. I absolutely love this company.
