I'll be honest. I saw all 5 star reviews and it made me nervous. However, I called on Friday afternoon and they sent Ryan out to me within the hour. He was wonderful, didn't upsell me, and found the problem incredibly fast. He had everything he needed in his truck, and made sure that everything was running properly before he left. He even went the extra mile and checked in with me Saturday morning to make sure nothing happened overnight. Thanks Ryan for a great job!
SO to Adam Taylor with Wilkins Services Heating and Air for coming out today and getting my MIL Suite AC back rolling. Booking was fast and easy, Adam was knowledgeable and professional. Adam came out Sunday when my unit was freezing up took the time to figure out what my issue was then made us comfortable until they could come back Monday to install the part we needed to permanently fix the issue.
