I would honestly leave 0 stars if that were an option. I am relocating back home to New Orleans from Houston and found out from Entergy that I needed a "Vacancy Inspection" in order to have the power turned back on since it had been off over 6 months. I found this company on the BBB website and figured it was low risk given the accreditation. Man was I wrong! I called the company and coordinated a meeting at my home with the Nick who is the President. He walked through the property, took photos, and informed me that I would need both an electrical permit AND a building permit from the city. He stated that the city was "all about a money-grab" and that I needed to pay $325 per permit to have them filed and issued from the city of New Orleans. This was on 4/26/22. He requested that I Venmo him the money that day, and he would have the city inspector out on Monday, 5/2/22 to complete the inspection. I made sure to inform him that my household goods were scheduled for delivery on 5/10/22 a
