Troy provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time and I was alerted when he was on the way. Troy took his time to explain to me what my problem was and provided me with a future plan to help with my AC. He got us blowing cool again . Appreciate this Service and he is good people. Feel like you talking too your uncle that knows what he is doing . Will definitely keep the business going with temp pro and anybody that his issues I am sending them his way. Trust the PROS you can’t go wrong! I had a great experience with Nester also. He provided great service and made sure we were working before leaving our home. Great attitude and took his time to make sure everything was good. These guys also have all the tools they need to get the job done. After dealing with some bad contractors, it felt great to have people that’s honest and will go great lengths to get the job done . TemperaturePro was sent to repair our a/c unit by our home warranty co. Nestor was our tech. and Troy was our office contact. Communication was top notch and Nestor was really efficient and personable, he found the problem and returned next day to make repairs. 4/20/21 we're back to a having cool (very) air from our 25 plus yr old Trane system.
