I went thru American Home Shield warranty company and they charged me $125 for this guy to come out. He came out told me the problem and never came back. I told him I needed it fixed in a week or two because I had a tenant moving into my rental property. I texted and called him. No response. Very unprofessional. Im sure you had a nice dinner with the $125 you took from me and left me hanging to figure out what to do with the A/C issue. I hope someone is as nice to you as you were to me in the near future. I have had several experiences with Lasseigne Heating and A/C as both a client of theirs and recommending them to my clients. I am a local Realtor and I get asked often to recommend an A/C technician and Jason Lasseigne is top of my list. He has helped numerous of my clients from a simple system inspection all the way through replacement. He has also replaced both the exterior and interior units in my personal house. Jason conducts his business with the utmost customer service and provides honesty and integrity to his clients. I could not recommend someone more...if there was a 6th star on this rating he would be deserving of it!!
