Lasseigne's Heating & Air Conditioning

I went thru American Home Shield warranty company and they charged me $125 for this guy to come out. He came out told me the problem and never came back. I told him I needed it fixed in a week or two because I had a tenant moving into my rental property. I texted and called him. No response. Very unprofessional. Im sure you had a nice dinner with the $125 you took from me and left me hanging to figure out what to do with the A/C issue. I hope someone is as nice to you as you were to me in the near future. I have been using Lasseigne’s for 15 years. Jason is the best! He always does his best to find the problem quickly and give me my best options for fixing or replacing. Quality work! I put in a service request with American Home Shield Warranty and they sent out Lasseigne's Heating and Air Conditioning. Jason came out and found the problem was a bad control board. He didn't have one in stock but ordered one and it came in quick. He called and scheduled to come out this morning but I forgot and was not home when he got there. He called and was gracious enough to wait while I rushed home. Even though it was 100% my fault for forgetting the appointment Jason was very professional about it. He replace the control board and everything is working great! I love that they texted me updates. Great experience, would highly recommend. Service: Heating system repair
