Chris came out and completed a THOROUGH assessment of the issue and provided an alternative means of rerouting the water line. This was a key factor in my decision to hire Blair Plumbing as the alternative method of rerouting the line accommodated my constraints. The overall reroute was successful, the price was extremely reasonable, and what was most impressive was Chris' commitment to customer satisfaction and his desire to provide quality service. plumber came out within an hour. He purchased a quality faucet and replaced with no problem. He advised me the old faucet needed to be replaced. Leaked and valve inside faucet was failing. He replaced faucet with no problem. Was courteous and provided all information I needed. Believe price was very reasonable. I appreciate the professional manner and expertise. Also, they followed up with a thank you note, which really impressed me. Told a friend about them

We were having an issue with our toilets backing up and we didn’t know the problem. Guy came out and insisted it was a clog and he just needed to pull up the toilet to get the clog. Charged us 260 dollars. However, that wasn’t the only clog on that line.Turns out he didn’t run the line all the way to the city and there was a second clog. When he came back out, he charged us another 175 because he said he had to run the line through a different side of the house to get the second clog. Then , he acted as he was doing us a favor by not charging us over time rate because he didn’t get to us until after hours although we called before 12pm.It wasn’t our fault it took him that long to get us because we would have been find with him coming out the next day but the company didn’t ask and just sent him.
