I spoke with Mr. Broussard on 7/14/2022 about a variety of plumbing issues, and he agreed to have a plumber meet me at my home at 6:45 am on 7/15/2022 to diagnose the problems and give an estimate of the repair. After several time changes, Mr. Broussard agreed to be at my home at the time discussed in the initial conversation. Later that evening, he tried to contact me again to come around 5 pm on 7/14/2022, but I didn't review that message until today--7/15/2022. On 7/15/2022, he said he had another appointment and would have to reschedule. This company has a time management issue and doesn't appear to be concerned about the customer's well-being--since these were pressing issues that had to be dealt with quickly. I would not recommend this company to friends and family.

since moving to the area, these are the only guys I call when I have any issues. they are friendly, professional, and always deliver incredible customer service. Hands down the best at what they do. Special thanks to everyone at Broussard's, beyond the services they provide they deliver relief of anxiety that normally comes from plumbing issues and piece of mind that the only thing you have to do as a customer is give them a call and rest easy that it will be resolved shortly. can't recommend them enough. they're the best, don't think twice, call them and they'll get it done, every single time.

Jimmy and his team were amazing: highly professional, reliable, and thoughtful. I have hired with several other plumbers and Jimmy definitely stands out for the quality of his work but also for his care and straightforward approach in trying to do what is best for the customer.
