Bob’s was recommended to us and did not disappoint. They were the only company who said they could send someone out the next day to detect my toilet problem. Other companies wanted me to wait weeks! Marty came, diagnosed the problem, and got us on the schedule. When it was time to do the work, Mike and his team were on time, super professional and went above and beyond. We used them for winterizing for many years because we are from South Carolina. This year after leaving Michigan, I called to have them winterize only for them to tell me that the cost had more than doubled!! By that time we were already over 900 miles away and had no choice but to pay a totally ridiculous price! We could have taken care of it ourselves had we known the price was going to increase by 125%. So much for customer loyalty.

Frank -Bob’s son is now answering the calls for service & is taking it to the next level. Bob must be so proud. I want to recognize Mike & Matt who have provided all of my plumbing requests when renovating my kitchen & bathroom. Recently a hot water heater leaked & caused flooding at my home. Frank came to the rescue immediately & stabilized everything & installed 2 new water heaters. Frank also did an exceptional job upgrading the hot & cold water faucets & piping to my new washing machine. Everyone in this company is polite & professional. I highly recommend Bob’s plumbing to everyone.
