Favoritism like crazy and I could tell this without working for the company. More worried about the lowest amount of money they can get by with paying good employees so they can buy they next camp or toy. Promise multiple incentives when joining the company and then "forget" they said that once hired. Small company with great potential but the "owners" and supervisors are running it in the ground with their attitudes.
I have used bayou electrical service & troubleshooting for several projects at my facility. They do great work and they are very professional.
