National Air LLC

Buyer beware! DO NOT USE NATIONAL AIR! COSTCO installed our HVAC system using National Air as the Installer. They did a terrible job! Had to have them come by to fix issues multiple times and was told today that their incompetence is normal and happens. I was looking for financial compensation and the dude said u r not getting a penny. Never once did he apologized for their bad install! Read this and come to your own conclusions… I have called several times and left a message with the office to have someone like the Installation Manager to call me back. I have received ZERO calls back. Today 7/27/2023 a person from National Air came to the house to look at the system… Below is a detailed description of the poor installation job and attached are some photos. I am not impressed with the post inspection person as clearly he failed his job.
