The service technicians are always nice and they do their job thoroughly. But the sales and the booking departments are not as reliable. I was going to have extra registers placed in my home. A sales person came out to look at my system, make recommendations, and give an estimate. I scheduled the work, but the service was cancelled do to staff shortages and a work crew that was sick. However, no one called to reschedule. The salesman reached out after a few months and was surprised the work had not been done. But still no one called to reschedule. I reached out to them to reschedule several months later, but they said a salesman would have to come back out to give a new estimate since the estimate I had was more than 6 months old. But no one called to schedule that appointment. I will say when I have a system problem, I do receive prompt service to correct whatever is wrong. I wanted to say that Alex Stokes was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it within 30 minutes and remained on site for over an hour to make sure it stayed working. The cost was minimal. You could have charged me much more and I would have been none the wiser! Thank you for not taking advantage!
