Scott Prior, Jade and Richard Carson were absolutely the best. Started with Richard showing up and diagnosing some issues with the internal and external unit and then provided me with some advice and knowledge about what is going on (with pictures and physically showing me). He explained in great detail what each issue is caused by and what it may lead to. He then called Jade who was able to get Scott out to come and check for install and go over options. Note that Scott showed up in less than an hour after he was called. At this time, around 7pm Scott reviewed all the options with me along with their financing, which was honestly not bad at all, at which time he advised we talk it over and give him a call to schedule an install when we choose the package. It is now 8pm and I have a scheduled install for 8AM tomorrow. This was the smoothest process I have dealt with and highly recommend Keefes to anyone looking for A/C and heating needs. Keefe's AC & Heating is the best place to call when ever we need service within our home. The service personnel is highly-qualified to make suggestions on what products we needed. The service technicians are always nice and they do their job thoroughly. But the sales and the booking departments are not as reliable. I was going to have extra registers placed in my home. A sales person came out to look at my system, make recommendations, and give an estimate. I scheduled the work, but the service was cancelled do to staff shortages and a work crew that was sick. However, no one called to reschedule. The salesman reached out after a few months and was surprised the work had not been done. But still no one called to reschedule. I reached out to them to reschedule several months later, but they said a salesman would have to come back out to give a new estimate since the estimate I had was more than 6 months old. But no one called to schedule that appointment. I will say when I have a system problem, I do receive prompt service to correct whatever is wrong.
