Every time I call them take come and not a week later right then the same day. They are very courteous and polite even when I go in the office everyone is nice.
Rob's Ac built, installed my ac 14yrs ago so I continued with them servicing my unit yearly. Great service, no complaints.
The owner, Robs Wife, is very unprofessional. I had to speak to her about a warranty, and she would not call back. After several attempts of trying to get in touch with her, she just yelled “it’s not under warranty” with no explanation. As far as the initial installation, When Robs installed the thermostat, they put it sideways on the wall and would not install a frame or door to finish off the indoor unit. I was left with a unsightly hole and ac unit showing. The unit had to be replaced in under 10 years. I would not recommend this company. Employee turnover is high.
