We called AireServe because our drain line had broken on our old unit. The tech decided we didn’t need a drain line and that he fixed the problem. After doing the work he then tells me it was a clogged drain and will never leak again. 24hrs later water was leaking through the ceiling. When we called them back the lady who answered was kind of rude and started blaming me saying I didn’t do the repairs that the tech wanted when in fact I did exactly what he recommended. I was concerned but he gave me his word it would never leak again. His fix was not what he was originally called out to do nor what was needed to alleviate the problem. They sent a second tech out to look at what was going on and he said someone would call us back. No one called for 5 days, we had to contact them. The same rude lady gave me a “thousands of dollars” estimate to fix what their tech did and told me they didn’t want me as a customer. It felt as though this estimate was inflated because they didn’t want to d
