I am updating from my previous review because the owner of the company reached out to me to ensure I received better service. Mrs. Shelly sent someone to my home very swiftly to better serve my issue and Mr. Brandon was very helpful and I appreciate the understanding he was very kind and good at his job he’s very thorough and makes sure you understand everything that he is doing I look forward into having this company service me in the future

So thankful I found Air Serv. My AC failed to put out cold air, didn't know who to call. Remembered to check with the Neighborly app, and they suggested Air Serv. They sent out a great technician by the name of Brandon. He came asap that evening, he was so thorough, and knew what to do to repair my AC. So very pleased with the service I received.

I feel bad for giving the guys a hard time; their schedule got throwed-off which caused them to have to come in later. Needless to say, however, this company really went above and beyond! The company, overall, was accommodating, and their employees are hard working & take high esteem in the services they provide. Thank you!
