Response: Business says I never gave them my number. I did twice. Asked them to call me. They didn’t. I called the business 3 times. Facebook messenger was the ONLY way to get in touch with the company as they were not responding to myself or neighbors any other way. Please note it has been 12 days of no hot water. Not 12 hours. DSLD unfortunately contracted with this company forcing hundreds of people to be stuck with little options than to use them. In a time of crisis, they did not answer the phone, return phone calls, call back when there was correspondence saying they would. We waited for parts to be in only for them to possibly not even have them come time. They didn’t show, didn’t call, didn’t update. We spent over 10 days with broken parts waiting for them and trying to get ahold and work with them. Multiple neighbors had the same experience.
