We installed a new roof on a high end rental project. We got competitive bids and Burford made a good bid. Ray Herrington was great to work with. He and the owner/interior designer made a great recommendation on shingle colors. They offered a high end hurricane grade Corning product with a 30 year warranty. There is a five year workmanship warranty which IMO could have been longer. I have seen other vendors offer a ten year warranty, but the warranty will cover installation defects that will show up within five years. The roof looks great and the cleanup was immaculate--no shingle pieces left behind in the flower beds. Good job, Burford. Service: Roof installation
