From the first call to Garcia I was impressed. They were friendly, honest and professional. It took awhile for them to repair my roof but that was explained at my initial meeting. Because of unexpected wood rot in my fascia, my job was delayed. But we kept in touch so I didn’t stress. Then hurricane Ida happened. I sustained some roof, Sheetrock and water damage. Garcia took care of all repairs swiftly and professionally. I have no complaints. It cost a pretty penny, but I wasn’t forced to choose a more expensive roof. They have a wonderful warranty, an accommodating staff, and Alberto, my Project Manager, was outstanding. Every aspect of the process was fantastic. The Salesman Mr. Justin Bennett got to my house inspected the roof and got me and the insurance company a quote back super quick with a great Price. The project manager, Evan Molina and his coworkers did a great job communicating and knocking the job out in a day. They left my yard spotless and the roof looks great.
