The work was done and performed as needed. The workers were nice. But- the price of $105 per hour and then rounded up to the nearest hour was not stated from the beginning. We felt ripped off so we called to ask if the bill was right. The owner got belligerent right away and ranted about how long he was in business. He was extremely rude for no reason and with no regard. He then told us to "DO NOT CALL BACK!" Then he hung up on us. Call a different plumber- The owner is not nice and is mad at whatever. I see your response- It was not the service- it was YOU. Your Sons were polite. All we wanted was a simple explanation of billing. Instead you lambasted a sweet little school teacher who has never been confrontational in her whole life for asking a question. You don't think your customers who paid are not entitled to a simple explanation? Your behavior was very childish for an old person. Unreasonable and not professional at all. Service: Drain cleaning

I called Matthew & Sons to have a kitchen drain problem diagnosed. They arrived at my location within an hour and were quickly able to diagnose the issue. Jon was extremely informative, competent and professional. He was able to snake the line and clear the clog. I've used many different plumbers in the past but these guys were MILES better than the competition. I will only be using them from now on. Highly recommend.
