I kept forgetting to leave this review so here we go: I brought a sizable load here to get dry cleaned. Upon return I noticed a pair of Champion sweatpants that had the Champion patch missing off the pants (they were perfectly fine when I brought them in) when I asked what happened the staff put their heads down like they didn’t hear me. Nor did they remotely attempted and try to rectify the issue. Instead they put their hand out for me to pay the dry cleaning bill (in full) believe it or not - man the audacity. They couldn’t even give me the patch back so I could get them fixed myself. On top of that I had to take another item somewhere else to get a stain out that they could not. The way they handle this put me on edge with the staff because they demonstrated clearly that they didn’t give a you know what to take responsibility for their mistake. Then the lady had the nerve to ask my wife if she was ok because I was unhappy about the situation - which offended my wife beyond. She was
