Acadiana Comfort installed my new unit and I was pleased with their service. At my request they agreed to “dial back” the airflow in a large room to keep the door from blowing closed. Instead they shut off the airflow to the room and I had to request that they come back to restore the airflow. They came back out and charged me to fix their problem. They called it a diagnostic service fee or a trip charge. I am not happy about being taken advantage of. Service: HVAC duct & vent repair
