I am retired and a Viet Nam veteran and my hot water heater pilot light went out and I tried to relight it but I couuld not see the igniter flashing so I called around to some companies and Lebleu's said that they could come and checked it out with a free estimate. Upon arrival, the tech went into the attic and came back down with five minutes and informed me that the pilot light was relit and that when I tried to see the igniter spark That I probably was not in a position to see it spark. He thanked me for my service and told me that I owed $190.00 for his dispatch and service fee. This was without telling me the fee prior to entering my attic. This is a lesson to always get the entire scope of the service charge before letting work be done.
Worked with me to get water back on to my home. Kind family man. Would recommend 10/10.
