Very professional company who responded and sent a technician in a timely manner that exceeded my expectations. Also want to mention a young guy by the name of Trey who was very knowledgeable and took care of our issue in what seemed like no time at all, this guy derserves a raise Mr. Seth Chapman! I'd highly recommend this company for all your A/C repair needs.

Chapman’s found a leak within 5 minutes of inspecting our unit that another A/C company couldn’t find in 1 1/2 months! We called them after the 3rd time of having the previous company come out and they had a tech at my house within 15 minutes of making the call! They came out on a holiday to get measurements for our new system and we had a quote within minutes! Jordan and his entire installation crew were all amazing and super professional! They have done an amazing job and we are absolutely satisfied! Not only is their work amazing, but Chapman’s has some of the BEST customer service I have ever encountered! The owner of Chapman’s, Seth, even came out during the install to make sure everything was running smooth! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the price I was charged for a thermostat. The service was great, the technician was professional, respectful, and did his job in a timely manner. After the trouble shooting was done he was finished with the job in minutes. They were at my house less than 2 hours after I called. The service charge was a very reasonable price. The price I paid for the thermostat he replaced was $185 and the same thermostat from more than one company for less than $60. I’ve only used this company for my AC and have never had anything negative to say.
