My niece called on a Saturday after they came Friday and was told it was not their problem. After learning they had damaged the working unit they had serviced we called back and said it was our fault for not speaking to a supervisor that Saturday. Ridiculous! They had been charging the previous owner for serving the unit for years and the coils were filthy. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance

I called Lee’s for AC unit problem and not even an hour y’all had someone coming repair it. Blaise was soooo fast replacing the part that was needed to have our unit back up running and very professional communicating with us to understand what happened to unit. I could tell he love his job! Lee’s I’ll definitely be using you guys for any of my AC needs.

Horrible, just horrible! They either straight up lied to me or do not know how to diagnose AC issues. The tech told me I had zero Freon and to fill and find the leak it would be 2k then probably another couple k to fix it so I should buy a new one for 8k! He treated like he thought he could pressure me into his BS quote. I called Chapman’s and got a second opinion… turns out I had Freon and just a valve needed replacing and a little Freon. They were respectful, professional and fixed it in less than an hour for only $850! I will only call Chapman’s from here on out.
