They call back promptly and were happy to take the time to answer all questions and explain everything to us. They saved me thousands of dollars by properly diagnosing my issue and only repairing what was actually needed. We initially called another major HVAC service. I'm glad we went for a second opinion because the problem was completely misdiagnosed by the first AC company.
