Very professional Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation
I'm an on-site project manager for Garcia Roofing, I use them for all my material needs in Lafayette. Mr. Randal Martin was very helpful and very knowledgeable about metal roofs. One stop shop for all your roofing metal needs.
This is a follow-up from a 1 star review I gave 2 weeks ago. Shortly after my review, Matt, the owner, called me to find out exactly what happened. He was very polite and apologetic. He was unaware of our experience. He then said he would have someone come and fix what we didn't like, which he did. The 2 guys that came fixed the issue and did a couple of extra little things in less than 30 mins. I wish I would have gotten the one guy's name so he could be recognized. He was very nice and extremely helpful with my questions. I wish we would have had that crew to begin with.
