I originally called to schedule a tune-up as we just bought a house. They arrived on-time (next morning as requested with a call prior to arrival). The technician was courteous, professional, and was able to answer the many questions I had. Wow- tech came out within an hour of calling, no nonsense great attitude, installed a nest in 10 min. Should call them instead of using google install service, had two wing nuts from google in my house for 4 hours trying to figure it out- thanks for your help and knowledge
