Went to pick up a plumbing part for my home. The people behind the counter has NO customer service. I will not be buying product from this place again.
Well we started remodeling in July and was told vanity and counter would be in 3 weeks well 1st top broke had to reorder well shows up broke as well needless to say they still have not completed my stuff
I can't express enough how far landin and John went to get me the tub and kitchen sink I needed. The internet said coburns closed at 430 I got there at 417 they actually closed at 4 for over a yr. Now John opened up and called landin for information about the order then landin came back in. They have spent 2.5 hrs getting my tub and sink. After closing. I'll send everyone to coburns in lakecharles from now on that's customer service you just don't find any more
