Lanier Plumbing Inc

My pilot light went out in December right before Christmas. I called Lanier and they sent out a tech. He relit it and explained that it is an old heater and if it goes out again it would have to replaced. There was no charge that day and they sent an estimate on full replacement. The unit went out last week, I called Lanier and they put me on a schedule. Tuesday they installed a new one. They had called on an earlier date but I was not available. While here he also replaced a gasket on a faucet. Every part of the experience was great! Would recommend this company! Services: Water heater installation, Faucet repair

Discussed rerouting pipe thru attic for leak. Yet guy spent hours searching for leak anyway. Cut 5 holes in walls. Destroyed bathroom tile. For nothing. The plan was reroute pipe from the start. Flooded my bedroom and rug. All they did was “make note of it”. While we were left to clean and soak up the mess. And apparently took apart my entire sensor activated faucet in kitchen and now its missing a part and leaking. This was such an unnecessary nightmare. Service: Plumbing leak detection
