Kyle, let me commend you for excellent technician service provided today. You were professional and had a high knowledge and skill set in AC repair. After doing a thorough check of my AC unit, you explained the problem to me in a way that I understood. I needed a partial replacement. I had confidence in you because you instilled it with your competence level. Mike, I didn't even realize you were a trainee. You were quick, polite and I could hear you "learning" from Kyle all while in my 135-degree attic! You will be at tech level very soon, I am sure! Shelby, you ALWAYS answered my phone calls, even after hours (sorry about that!) You scheduled me quickly, were kind, VERY patient (I was a little stressed) and I love the way you kept in touch with me. All 3 of you worked as a team, a GREAT team and that is hard to find. I will recommend Climate Tamers to all my friends, relatives and coworkers.

We had a clogged drain on our AC over the weekend. We called Climate Tamers and they were very helpful moving things around to get a technician out to help (getting here in about an hour). Kyle was very professional and thorough. He explained what the issue was, what he was going to do to fix it and he stayed to make sure everything was operating correctly.
