Mr. Ju was amazing his service is totally outstanding,. I called him on Tuesday evening I informed him I had a toilet leak he immediately gave me an appointment for first thing the following morning, at 9:00 am. He called and informed me he was in route he was on time he arrived at 9:00am, he found and repaired my toilet leak along with fixing other issues in some of my other bathrooms. I cannot stress how he exhibit professionalism, organization and explained all issues that he found to me. His attitude was great !!! I had an after hours plumbing issue. Most plumbing companies route you to an answering service, then you may get a call back in a few hours to say they're busy. Ju answered the phone, and had the issue fixed within an hour. His rate was reasonable even though it was an early evening service call.

Fantastic service! Came out on a Sunday to deal with a horrendous clogged drain. Nice and professional. This is the first place I'll call in the future when I need a plumber.
